To Install in Wine:
Download these files from LiteStep.net:
Litestep-Updater
LiteStep Installer (omar)
msvcp60.dll
NetloadModule*
xPaintClass*
Unpack Installer and complete**
Unpack Updater in LiteStep folder
Unpack other archives according to instructions contained in the archive***
*May not be necessary with Updater, need confirmation **Ignore any errors. You may leave the defaults or configure to your liking(I left it on defaults) ***Be sure not to overwrite new files with old files. ; )
Note2: You will not be able to set LiteStep as the default shell unless there's some registry entry that I don't know about(I didn't look) which you can edit. In order to start LiteStep, just run litestep.exe and click yes to continue.
Note3: I installed LiteStep on version 0.9.50 of Wine. Your results may very if you install it on a version other than this.
Hope you like it, and good luck if you decide to try. ^.^
